  2. We were always slated to add one million by 2030. The only revision here is in the very short term, but the million number hasn’t been downgraded.

    “Metro economist Dennis Yee said the region’s short-term growth will be slower than previously thought, but will pick up again as the region’s economy begins to recover by the end of 2009, or by 2015 at worst. He still believes the greater Portland area will add a million people by 2030 and will double in population by 2060.”

  5. If Mexico wants to put tariffs on imports from us, just don’t send them anything they put a tariff on. Also, we should put a HUGE tariff on Freightliner trucks that are made in Mexico and sold in the US.
