For their credit, police refused to take the man to jail, instead insisting that he been seen by Unity's psych doctors.

Death by Cop: Portland police shot and killed an unidentified person near Mall 205 Sunday afternoon. The incident marks the fifth fatal shooting by Portland police in 2019.
