GOOD MORNING, BLOGTOWN! Every little thing that you have said and done, feels like it’s deep within me. Doesn’t really matter if you’re on the run, it seems like we’re meant to be. LET’S GO TO PRESS.
The City Club of Portland releases their recommendations of what Portland should be doing about our housing crisis (including exploring rent control), saying, “We must not be satisfied with saying in one breath, ‘Live in Portland and innovate in the arts, technology, and the environment and also have a good quality of life,’ and in the next breath, ‘You will have to live on the outskirts of the city, far from great public transport and amenities, and we’ll allow your landlords to keep raising rent and evicting without cause.’”
We’re not the only city facing a housing crisis—Vancouver, Washington has just declared one as well.
Someone who is NOT helping the housing crisis situation is the person behind the satirical-but-not-really “Get Californians Out of Oregon” GoFundMe campaign.

American traitor and Malheur occupier sympathizer Sheriff Glenn Palmer is crying “Boo hoo hoo” about the state issuing complaints about his traitorous conduct, and intends to sue.
In other traitor news, Ammon Bundy and a few of his Bundy Bros are temporarily moving to a Nevada jail after a circuit court blocks their move to stay.
In even more traitor news, the FBI hired professional hackers to break into the phone used by the San Bernardino shooter.
In advance of the New York primaries, Hillary Clinton is interviewed on a morning hip-hop radio show, and talked about gun legislation, crime, and what she’s doing for African American communities.
Bernie Sanders gets his first endorsement from a senator, and it’s Oregon’s own Sen. Jeff Merkley.
Despite the shadow campaign he seems to be running, House Speaker Paul Ryan says “you can count me out” as a potential Republican presidential spoiler.

Uber may be a very profitable company, but they also pay a ton of dough in lawsuits, handing out $61.9 million in legal settlements since 2009.
The North Carolina governor has slightly tweaked their transphobic House Bill 2 to provide protection from discrimination for state employees, but makes it clear that everyone else can fuck the fuck off.
What’s up with you, WEATHER: More cloudy coolness in the low 60s, but a sunny, warm weekend awaits.
And finally, is this the most amazing Ultimate Frisbee play ever? (And no, I never dreamed I would ever type that question.)

WSH, that is an amazing philosophical question, for the ages. Beautiful in it’s simplicity and elegant flow, and still funny. I watched that video twice and still don’t know the answer.
