Terrorists attacked Brussels this morning, with a pair of explosions at the Belgian capital’s airport, and another at a subway stop. The death toll has been reported as high as 26, and could well rise. The city’s largely shut down—as has international travel in and out—while thousands of law enforcement officers flood in and brace for potentially more attacks. The violence comes just four days after authorities arrested one of the prime surviving suspects in last year’s attacks on Paris.

Here’s the Guardian‘s auto-updating coverage, (which reports 34 people are now dead).

President Obama, still in Cuba, is getting ready to offer remarks on the fresh attacks.

OHSU researchers say they may have hit on the key to eliminating HIV in newborn babies. By experimenting on baby monkeys, they found a way to eradicate the virus in very, very short order.

Bill Clinton showed up to Powell’s yesterday, beelined it to the Gold Room, and bought some decidedly low fantasy. Real seedy cover art. We assume. According to the Oregonian, he also chatted up patrons and glad-handed with Governor Kate Brown, who endorsed his wife on the spot. The former president was stumping for Hillary Clinton in Vancouver.

Meanwhile, the primaries keep on coming. Today’s offerings: Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. The latter is especially interesting for Republicans, says the NYT, because the party faithful in the Phoenix area could be a reliable bellwether for how Southern Californians will vote.

As was strongly hinted last month, business owners in the Central Eastside will fight Right 2 Dream Too’s proposed relocation into their neighborhood. They’ve indicated they’ll appeal the city’s recent decision that a homeless camp is allowed in an industrial area under the city’s zoning code.

A sexual assault was reported on the Springwater Corridor on Friday. It is an awful thing, in an area that’s going through some very profound troubles.

Rumor has it that Dave Chapelle did several tunes at Stripparaoke on Sunday. I hope it’s true. I have not seen any proof that it is.

Speaking of which, the Tribune found a guy who says Portland’s about to be over.

Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley are weighing in once again on concern over air toxics coming from Portland glass plants. They’re hoping to coax fellow lawmakers to spend millions more around the country to monitor air. They’d also like to help companies like Bullseye Glass pay for filters that could drastically cut toxic emissions.

Spring Breeeeeeaaaaaaaak… is not really a thing in Panama City Beach, Florida, these days. The city decided it wanted to crackdown after rapes and assaults last year, and marauding hordes of college kids have found other places to terrorize.

Looks like the feds might not need Apple’s help to break into a terrorist’s encrypted iPhone after all.

You’re going to get wet. It’s unavoidable and stupid.
