Shutting down the City of Portland? I think I accidentally did that once too, they should tell more people where the breaker switch is.

I shut the city once... Seriously, i said no! I use to hear from him every now and again. What sucks is I was on his side. Lets save money. I can't never say what I'm talking about out loud.. BUT if DH replacement ever reads this. I got you buddy. (emoticon heart)
