The Mudflats has the scoop (but you can also read about it here and here):

Sarah Palin endorsed a Teabag Senatorial candidate named Joe Miller in Alaska. In a TV appearance, Miller was asked if he would endorse Sarah Palin for president in 2012. Miller waffled, saying there were “a number of great candidates out there.”

Then, on September 19th, Todd Palin sent this e-mail to Joe Miller’s campaign:

Joe and Tim,
>
>
> Hold off on any letter for Joe. Sarah put her ass on the line for Joe
> and yet he can’t answer a simple question ” is Sarah Palin Qualified
> to be President”. I DON’T KNOW IF SHE IS.
>
> Joe, please explain how this endorsement stuff works, is it to be
> completely one sided.
>
> Sarah spent all morning working on a Face book post for Joe, she won’t
> use it, not now.
>
> Put yourself in her shoe’s Joe for one day.
>
> Todd

The Mudflats says that this e-mail, besides proving that Todd Palin is a borderline illiterate jackass, pretty much confirms that Sarah Palin is running for president in 2012.

  1. She can run all day. She has zero chance of being nominated by the GOP, since she is the Dems complete wet dream of an opponent.

We’ll just be chuckling all the way to November with her having a slightly radicalizing effect on every GOP opponent – everyone will either have to agree with her or disown her, and Dems win either way.

  2. The one question that would sink her campaign: “How did your governorship go? Oh, wait, you quit?…”

Plus, why would she want a low-paying job like president?

  3. This guy gives all Todds a bad name.

And now he’s asking Joe to wear women’s shoes for a day. I DON’T KNOW IF THAT’S WISE. MIGHT SLIP ON THE SNOW.

I spent all morning working on this post.

  4. I love that someone working for a Teabagger’s campaign leaked this email. It shows that the right wingers aren’t all eating out of her hand.

  5. Before anyone points out that I made a comment, not a post, let me state that since one “posts” a “comment” a comment is therefore technically also a post. The reverse, however, is not true.

Or maybe all Todds are more alike than we’d like to think.
