There’s a ton of hullaballoo today from the conservative circles, who (poor dears) think once again they’re being mercilessly picked on because of this Newsweek cover featuring presidential never-gonna-be Michele Bachmann.
And…. umm… okay. She does look crazy. And I’m sure Newsweek had better photos than this one. And I bet they photoshop people to look better all the time, and didn’t do so for Michele, because a picture of crazy Michele is better/more interesting than the one she took that time at Glamour Shots! in the mall.

A quick GIS shows that Michele Bachmann looks crazy in about half of her pictures though, whereas Christina Ricci’s flattering pictures outweigh the crazy ones by a wide margin. Also, Christina doesn’t look like she wants to lunge at me. Gah!
How far apart are her eyes? She looks like Admiral Ackbar.
Michelle Bachman looks like the sort of person who could eat baskets and baskets of babies of people she disagreed with like so much fried chicken.
How can this even be a real thing, the level of absurdity is astounding.
I’d vote for Rosanne before I would vote for MB. I just can’t believe that she thinks she will get elected President of the USA. If she does get elected, Canada loks better and better.
What the hell is up with MB’s shirt? I wore my collar up on Junior high in the 80’s…it looked stupid then, but forgivable on a 13 year old. Wait, hers doesn’t HAVE a collar…it has starch, or whatever tea-bombers use to keep their weary old bones upright…scary.
