City Commissioner Randy Leonard and former state legislator Jo Ann Bowman will be speaking at the conclusion of today’s Martin Luther King jr. march, organized by homeless nonprofit Sisters of The Road.

The march convenes in half an hour, at 2pm, at Sisters of The Road (133 NW 6th), and will start actually, you know, marching, from there, at 3pm. The march ends at St.Mary’s Academy at 1615 SW 5th Avenue, where Leonard and Bowman will speak at 3:30pm. It’s also rumored that City Commissioner Amanda Fritz will join the march once again as a peace keeper, as she has numerous times in the past, even though her name doesn’t appear anywhere on the program. See you there.
