The cover story in the paper this week is about people under 30 who just don’t want kids, damn it, and decide get sterilized. Everyone I’ve talked to who has chosen not to have children says they’ve faced stigma—people thinking they’re selfish or broken or strange in some way. But childless families are actually on the rise. We crunched the numbers for this cute sidebar (illustrations by Carolyn Main!).

  1. Since far more liberals than conservatives don’t want to pro-create, hopefully liberals will be extinct in a few generations?

  2. Since it’s generally more intelligent people that don’t want to procreate, hopefully we will, as a species, be as dumb as a sack of hammers in a few generations.

Since people have been desensitized by death & the wonders of BIRTh & children…. why would those people WANT TO procreate? it is the population that lives under the “income guidelines” who still can see life & love for what it is. Sure its a struggle. Im a breeder for life. Intelligent, kind, “cultured” & free to do what I want. YaY. More babies for meee! When your history, culture & bloodline are gone………..
