In what seems like a public relations move to cover up for a certain cameraphone incident, the Blazers have launched the “On the Go with G.O.” video series. You see, like so many transplants, Greg Oden is confused by Portland and needs help understanding his adopted home. In the first episode the big guy complains about pedestrian right of way (!), hangs with Bud Clark, and talks about bicycles. Personally I’d rather watch him rehab his knee and get back on the court, but this will do.

Much like Oden’s career, there is something terribly wrong with the site’s video embedding code, so just watch it there.

Ezra Ace Caraeff is the former Music Editor for the Mercury, and spent nearly a third of his life working at the paper. More importantly, he is the owner of Olive, the Mercury’s unofficial office dog....

  1. Wonder why he’s complaining about the pedestrian right-of-way? He lives in the condos behind mine and walks damned near everywhere.
