Happy 106th Birthday, Oaks Park! Just when you thought Oaks Park couldn’t get any better, they give us something Portland was in dire need of—glorious al fresco putt-putt. Yep that’s right, to celebrate their birthday the fine folks at the park are opening an outdoor mini-golf course, right by the rink on the river, with tentative plans to open this weekend for the Memorial Day crowds.

  1. Screaming Eagle and Roller Derby is the best thing going at Oaks Park. The place has lots of potential, but it really needs a face lift, a revamp. Portland it up. Put birds and beer on it and ROCK N ROLL that muther out.
