Who cares about the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bail out? Rasheed Wallace does. Or maybe he doesn’t. But the former Blazers star is cutting the price of his Portland residence (if you were traded to Detroit, you’d still want to live here too) from $5.2 to $4.9 million. What a deal!

But that’s still a lot of cash for a lowly Mercury writer, so if I’m going to buy that house (read about it here), I’m going to need some roommates.

No pets, no band practice, no drama, okay? Also, if the chore wheel says its time for you to clean the “salt water tank & reef,” you can’t trade it for another task.
