  1. Normally I’d say enough already but Conan’s pity party and self-obsession is projected in the most entertaining and palatable way possible. Plus that commencement speech is absolutely genius.

  2. The best part here is that he probably has a real point. But with the social safety net for retirees looking like it does, do you expect anyone to leave a job they still have a solid grip on?
