Here’s a prequel/teaser/ad for the next episode of Doctor Who—the excellently titled “Let’s Kill Hitler”—which’ll kick off the second half of the show’s sixth season. Aside from a couple of standout episodes, I was pretty underwhelmed by the first half of season six—but it ended really, really strong, so I’m predictably stoked about this killing of Hitler business, as my frantic gesturing with my sonic screwdriver at any and all nearby objects/people might imply.
There’s a pretty big spoiler in here for those of you who aren’t caught up, BTW, or who still haven’t realized that the Doctor is awesome. As is Amy Pond. And River Song. And Rory, I guess. So, you know: Spoiler alert.
“Let’s Kill Hitler” airs on August 27.

Also Rory is the best. He’s Rory Fucking Williams. The universe tried to erase Rory once. It exploded.
