Well, I know what you’re going to be doing on Saturday… watching the world premiere of Mega Python vs. Gataroid starring 80s pop idols Tiffany and Debbie Gibson! (Syfy, Saturday, 9 pm)

IFC is pleased with their ratings for Portlandia. (This being the first time IFC has ever encountered, you know, “ratings.”)

Waahhh! Vet comic actor Charlie Callas is dead at age 83. Here he is laying the audience to waste in a Don Rickles roast.

TNT apologizes for Tracy Morgan’s verrrrry funny “Sarah Palin masturbation” joke.

Charlie Sheen survives yet another (probably cocaine and prostitute related) brush with death—will be going back to work again on Tuesday.

Uggh.
More zombies.

And in case you missed it, the British The Office‘s David Brent met the American The Office‘s Michael Scott on last night’s episode—and it was unsurprisingly hilarious and surprisingly sweet. Watch.

Bang bang, choo-choo train, let me see you shake that thang. Wm. Steven Humphrey is the editor-in-chief of the Portland Mercury and has held the job since 2000. (So don’t get any funny ideas.)

  1. Charlie Sheen is my good-luck charm. If he’s still alive, my penny-ante boozing and partying can’t be doing me all that much harm…

  2. Thanks for posting that office scene! I missed that episode. That was awesome to see them together. They kind of gave a winking nod that Gervais may replace Corell after he leaves. How cool would that be?
