Afuri Ramen + Dumpling
This much-buzzed-about Tokyo ramen chain with locations in Beaverton, Buckman, and Old Town-Chinatown opened an outpost in Slabtown on Wednesday. The new location serves the chain’s specialty, a bright, delicate yuzu shio ramen, in addition to hazelnut vegan and pork-style tantanmen, tsukemen, small plates, gohan, winged gyoza, and more, and offers customers a clear view of the ramen-making process.
