Since today’s date is literally 90210, here is the single greatest music moment from that show (yes, better than the Flaming Lips appearance at the Peach Pit After Dark, or when Cap’n Jazz covered the theme song).
Nothing weird about a multi-platinum pop band taking a healthy interest in the personal lives of a few high schoolers, then serenading them at their favorite greasy spoon. Happens all the time.
