Attention all bike nerds!

Mere youngster 21-year-old Kevin Scott from the UK has just designed a bike that can bend around poles and lock to itself.

This cool Gumby-bike has been praised not only for its flexibility, but also for its state of the art locking system, which has been described as "incredible anti-theft" and "one-of-a-kind" .

The bike uses a ratchet system to make it bendable. This ratchet system takes up the whole frame, but it's what makes the bike able to bend around poles, trees, and even pack tight for transport. This beats even the folding bicycles. Even though my current lock works fine, it would be nice not to have to lug it around everywhere and worry about forgetting it. Not to mention a bike that can do the pretzel is a fantastic party trick. Definitely something to keep an eye on...
