  9. Three billion dollars has been awarded by the US government (you, the taxpayer) to people permanently damaged and/or killed by a reaction to a vaccine. Why aren’t the vaccine manufactures themselves on the hook if their product harms someone? Well thanks to a Supreme Court ruling in the mid-80’s, vaccine makers cannot be sued in state courts for vaccine defects that arise out of the product’s design. They’re literally not liable for injuries and death that “result from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”

    Of course the no judge, no jury, no discovery, contradictory administrative procedure known as ‘vaccine court’, that is not a court of law, is probably going to be busy if the political class truly succeeds in mandating the CDC’s exponentially growing vaccine schedule and eliminating all waivers of exemption. That’s probably a tough pill to swallow for the parents of those two little girls who recently died as a result from taking this year’s (largely ineffective) flu vaccine. But if you take the MMR vaccine and suddenly develop the measles or that ‘measles like rash’, as described in the lengthy list of potential side effects on the vaccine insert sheet, it was probably Jenny McCarthy’s fault. At least the good guy’s over in the pharmaceutical industry will be fine. Good guy’s like:
