Your mustard/baby poop colored, vinyl sided fire traps are the most ubiquitous of all property managment companies in the city. You have the audacity to charge people $900 per month (and climbing) to live in wall-to-wall carpeted cycles of hell. It takes your team of troglodite maintenance morons up to a week to fix a toilet leak. A tenant may be left waiting literally all day long for one of your asshat repair thugs to show up to inspect a malfuncitoning stove, or a broken screen door. Never, not even once, has a single one of them arrived even approximately close to their estimated time of arrival. That said, you’re super expeditious at hassling people about how many plants they have on their depressing few feet of patio space, or how many holiday decorations they put up on their windows. You represent everything that’s shitty and inequitable about housing in Portland. I wish you all nothing but the worst awfulness life has to offer.

Next time file a complaint with the city (http://www.portlandoregon.gov/bds/28397) and they will require the property owners to address the problem.

You’re free to move back home to the Midwest at any time, fyi
Idiot, you can YouTube how to fix just about anything. Oh that’s right, you’re you.
Chunty, it’s well known that Midwesterners teach their kids what tools are and how to use them. Probably some Californian code genius.
Hang in there. Eviction notices will be delivered soon, and you can put this place in the rear-view mirror.
Are they talking about American Property Management?
