Spring is finally here, which means Passover (March 27–April 4) and Easter (April 4) are both approaching, and both holidays call for some festive meals. The French bistro has you covered with an Easter brunch feast, which includes a leek and ham quiche or an herb and caramelized onion quiche, sautéed herbed potatoes, and mixed greens with salad dressing. For dinner, they also have a dinner for two with deviled eggs, herb and garlic marinated pork cutlets, roasted baby carrots, and gratin dauphinois, with lemon posset with raspberries and lemon shortbread for dessert.
