We got a press release yesterday for “Cowboy Little’s Big Wild West Show,” described as a “rootin’ tootin’ humdinger of a show heaped full of cowboy songs and stories.” Now, this is noteworthy for several reasons, not least that the show is being held in a new music/arts venue off SE Division called the Funhouse Lounge (not to be confused with Weird Bar, possibly the worst bar I’ve ever set foot in):

Funhouse Lounge is an arts-centric lounge, located in the central eastside. A modern cabaret of sorts, a place to enjoy a drink and some good eats while being entertained. The lounge is one part bar, one part stage, and all parts fun.
So there you have it.
It’s OK, Weird Bar hasn’t been open in weeks. I’d say it closed a while back.
