I’m a regular reader of the Tri-City Herald—”the Voice of the Mid-Columbia and the daily newspaper for southeastern Washington state”—mostly because of Mr. Movie’s movie reviews. But the TCH have outdone themselves with their “Tri-City Tattoos 2012” photo essay, which pairs photos of Tri-Cities residents’ tattoos with straightforward captions, such as “It is a lady in chains and is her favorite of her six tattoos.” Recommended.
