I wish Fashion Santa was coming to town.

Yes, please.
  • Yes, please.

Last week, when Hipster Santa came to town, another little part of Portland died. Observe:

I mean, everything about Hipster Santa is just the worst, from the high-top Converse to the man-bun to the vintage typewriter accessory.

Fashion Santa, on the other hand, is a total SILF. Further evidence:

Rawr, Fashion Santa.
  • Rawr, Fashion Santa.

Portland, you have been soundly outdone by Toronto. Not only is he total eye candy, he’s raising money for sick children. Did you hear me? HE’S RAISING MONEY FOR CHILDREN.

Think of the children.
  • Think of the children.

Really it’s for the children.

You’re welcome, Portland, for this quality piece of journalism.

“Hey Fashion Santa. Is that a Pulitzer in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?”

  1. Fashion Santa works out. Hipster Santa looks like he’s very comfortable in his own skin. I prefer Fashion Santa because you get the sense he’ll never be comfortable in anybody’s skin. Ever.

  2. How about the Traditional Santa? We are losing everything about Traditional part of the season. Giving, Caring about Family and others, The magic of the season, etc. We celebrate Yule anymore because it is more about Giving to others, Rituals, Less Materialist, Spiritual, About Traditions that go back years and will not change. How about neither Hipster or fashion (and I work in the fashion industry) .. lets stay with Tradition.
