If you haven’t caught the saga of Timothy James Chapeck, the young man who broke into a Portland house to take a shower on Monday night when the owner came home, and then ended up calling 911 from her bathroom because he was afraid she was going to shoot him, you should really take a moment to catch up (to be fair, she did have two German Shepherds, which can be pretty scary):

  2. Well he does look like he could use a shower. The jury should take that into account as mitigating circumstances.

  6. He was out of jail in 3 hours. Today he stole a car and went shoplifting in Washinton State. Guess who is now still in jail. Yeah Washington State! There is talk of Oregon extradition so we can set him free again.
