The Oregonian reports today that a Milwaukie man has been arrested and is facing charges for a string of random bizarre criminal mischief.
Which man?

Mark David Siebenmorgen allegedly shoved some guy onto the ground at a bus mall without warning or provocation on Oct. 21. Later that night, he was seen flailing around and flexing his muscles as he jumped onto the hood of a parked car and kicked in the windshield. About half an hour later, he jumped out of some bushes to ambush a woman and then threw rocks at her, hitting her in the neck. The next day he went to Safeway to share some “unsettling comments” with the store’s employees.
As sad as it looks, there has to be something freeing about being this way.
