Mark your calendar–on Thursday night, August 28, the Mercury and the Bus Project are hosting a very special Brewhaha to watch Sen. Barack Obama accept the Democratic presidential nomination.

This event is going to be so cool, it’s even listed on Obama’s very own website!
The speech starts at 7, but we’ll be at Roots Organic Brewing Company (1520 SE 7th) at 6 pm (or even earlier, to catch happy hour), tossing back a pint or two, and watching the beginning of the last throes of the Bush Administration.
Maybe the end of the Bush Admin… Maybe the start of martial law and a war with long Bush family despised commie Russia.
