While North (5008 SE Division) treats me kind indeed, I do not much care for sitting on their Plaid Pantry-facing “sidewalk patio.” It’s noisy and the view is terrible. (But I love you guys! Happy Birthday on Thursday! Free bands and fun.). So I’m itching like a cowgirl with a poison-ivy rash to get my patio-loving ass into Landmark Saloon (4847 SE Division). It looks like the Western-themed bar will be opening the first week of July, with an old-school country music theme. They have an excellent patio and the interior is starting to flesh out quite nice.

    I’M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENTS HAPPENING ON THAT STRETCH OF DIVISION. NEW FOOD-CART POD AND THE HOUSE BEHIND THE NEW KOREAN CART HAS A LIQUOR LICENSE SIGN ON IT. MAYBE ANOTHER NEW BAR?
