Alison brought this great “management training” series to my attention that’s entitled “The Art of Demotivation.” I’d never seen it before, and I have to admit, it’s inspiring. It takes all my random theories about managing useless employees and distills it down to very simple ideas that will help any mid-level bureaucrat. (Confidential to Merc staff: If you see me using hand sanitizer after touching you, you’ll know why, and you’ll have Alison to thank!)
