MUSIC—Surprise! One of Portland’s better nights for eclectic beat slanging is at a punk bar. Tonight features a spectrum of interesting noises, from the staid rhymes of local emcee Fountaine to the madcap button mashing of Slurgeon. DIRK VANDERHART
