Downtown Vancouver’s Vietnamese-Thai spot Nom Nom Restaurant and Grill soft opened this wing destination in the Pearl District about a week ago, with flavors ranging from tamarind to snow velvet to brown gravy. Non-wing offerings include Vietnamese street corn, smashed cucumber salad, ribs, rice bowls, fried chicken sandwiches, and battered and fried bananas.
