As mentioned in this week's Sold Out column, tonight the Portland Design Collective is making their first foray into the world of bridal shows. As you can read in the column, tonight features the remaining pieces from the collection of Elsie Bartling, a Portland designer back when the founders of Seaplane were mere twinkles in their fathers' eyes. Frocky Jack Morgan is also making her long-awaited return to Portland runways after spending some time in Los Angeles. The pieces of hers you'll see tonight were featured at the Mosaic LA Film Festival in short film called "Wearing Their Whites." Plus, there will be music by the in-store alterations expert Jennifer Faust's band, Denim Wedding. Five bucks, 7 pm. See you there.
