In the issue of the Merc that will be hitting streets tomorrow, I put together a handy roundup of all the small-business vendors’ pop-ups and holiday bazaars I could find. You’re welcome! It did take forever, actually! But it’s go-time for everyone, so I’m padding that info out for the week with other trunk shows, book launches, and sales that didn’t exactly fit the definition of holiday hoopla necessary to condense things for print.

โ€ขย One of the hottest trends in publishing right now is the booming adult coloring business, and I can’t even begin to describe how so totally down I am with this. Portland-based gardening and horticulture publishing house Timber Press is in on the game too, and tonight they host a coloring party (!) for Color the Natural World.
