We know, you've already heard the now-familiar refrain: This holiday season won't be the same, but no matter what form your responsible festivities take, you can still add a little glimmer to the occasion with comforting and luxurious meals for takeout from local restaurants. We've gathered a list of celebration-worthy feasts, like Bullard's smoked elk Christmas dinner, Tusk's "Tuskivus" spread, and Kachka's latke party. CHRISTMAS

Bergerac Bistro

This cozy French bistro will offer a festive prix-fixe meal for two, four, or six guests with root vegetable soup with truffle oil, guinea fowl and lemon pork herb stuffing, Duchess potatoes, orange honey glazed vegetables, cranberry sauce, and white wine and herb gravy, as well as a choice of chocolate pear and hazelnut pie, gingerbread crème brûlée, or chocolate orange pots for dessert. Desserts are also available à la carte.

Bullard

The Tex-Mex-inspired restaurant from former Top Chef contestant Doug Adams is going all out with a dinner for two that includes a pound of smoked and braised elk, a pint of "Mom's mashed potatoes," a pint of Brussels sprouts, a pint of delicata squash, romaine lettuce salad, dinner rolls, and half of a sweet potato pie. Meaty mains like elk, smoked prime rib, truffle-honey glazed smoked ham, cedar planked salmon, and smoked and glazed ham are available à la carte, in addition to hot artichoke and crab dip, queso fundido, Christmas tamales, and assorted vegetable side dishes and desserts. There's also a selection of wine pairings to elevate your meal.

Cascade Grill

This neighborhood diner will have a Christmas dinner with a choice of roast turkey, honey baked ham, or a little of both, accompanied by a salad, dinner rolls, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, sage stuffing, candied yams, and a choice of apple or pumpkin pie.

Elephants Delicatessen

The beloved delicatessen's Christmas menu features two dinners for six with a choice of smoked ham or holiday turkey and all the classic accompaniments, as well as a wide selection of hors d'ouevres, side dishes, soup, salads, brunch dishes, and wine. There's also a baked goods menu with treats like cupcakes, sweet potato pumpkin pie, cranberry cardamom bread, a holiday cookie platter, and the deli's famed bûche de Noël. Orders must be placed by phone or online by 2 pm on Friday, December 18, for curbside pickup or delivery from 10 am-6 pm, December 22-24.

Holy Trinity Barbecue

Wow your fellow revelers with a smoked beef rib rack or smoked turkey breast from this barbecue joint. They also have smoked pulled pork tamales and four-packs of cinnamon rolls for your Christmas morning breakfast table. Orders will be available for pickup on December 23 along with instructions for reheating.
