Three observances immediately sprung to mind after I watched this highly entertaining video featuring India’s Diamond Maruti Car Circus and their featured attraction, “THE WALL OF DEATH.”
1) It should be called the “Giant Kettle of Death.” FAIL!
2) As insane as these performers are, I think the audience members who hang over the side of the “Kettle of Death” are even more insane-er.
3) Portland needs a “Kettle of Death”—except with cars and bicycles. PEDAL FASTER!!

Bang bang, choo-choo train, let me see you shake that thang. Wm. Steven Humphrey is the editor-in-chief of the Portland Mercury and has held the job since 2000. (So don’t get any funny ideas.)

One reply on “Portland Needs a “Kettle of Death.” Yes? Yes.”
