The Mercury continues its growth spurt with the announcement of TWO additional FULL TIME positions in our super fun company. One is for the manager of EverOut, our very cool event calendar, and we need a new bookkeeper as well (calling all brainy types)! Here are the deets:
Job Title: EverOut Manager
Location: Portland, OR or Seattle, WA
Salary: a starting salary range of $75,000-$80,000.
Since 2019 EverOut has been the premier event discovery platform in Portland and Seattle. With staff in both cities, EverOut provides a comprehensive and engaging listing of the culture, food, art, and music that make the Pacific Northwest so vibrant.
The EverOut Manager will manage the content and data teams’ day-to-day work, help shape the platform’s content strategy, and implement EO’s long-term growth strategy. This position will be responsible for supporting the content and data team, as well as working with the Head of Product to identify and implement opportunities for growth.
The person in this position should be comfortable moving between daily content and website management tasks and big picture strategic work. They should have a desire to be creative, adaptive, and responsive to our audience. Experience developing and fostering online communities is a plus!

Job Title: Full Time Bookkeeper
Salary: $70k-$80k
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive salary. The role follows a hybrid remote/in-person model, with work based out of either our Portland or Seattle office.
Index Media and Noisy Creek, two companies operating under one roof, are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic teams. This shared role involves a mix of bookkeeping tasks, light office management, employee support, and occasional ad-hoc responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, can manage a variety of tasks with ease, and enjoys tackling new challenges.
