Friday brunch... O Portland. I laugh at how privileged the city really is.... "Wha Wha Wha, my Friday brunch potatoes do not meet my expectations! I'm going to ignore this emailed job offer so I can post my frustration to IA"

Meanwhile, gardenstate, you're out here bitching about the quality of an anonymous online complaint forum...

Why not cook at home? Just sayin'

This is a legit beef. Potatoes that are cut too large are terrible. We don't want to taste the bland flesh of the potato, we want to taste the seasoning and crispy outside. Simple. Thank you, IA, for addressing a big problem.

I'm guessing you assume that a lot of restaurant owners spend their time perusing I, Anonymous. I have a better suggestion that will be more effective:

Step 1) Grow a pair of balls.

Step 2) Tell a manager the potatoes are cut too large and not cooked all the way through.

Step 3) Ask for a discount off the check and tell them you would be happy to try again next week if they issue you a gift certificate for free brunch.

I guarantee the potatoes will be much tastier next week.

^ I am imagining a young lady with a brand new vestigial nut sack that they use only to acquire free brunch vouchers. Not too big but definitely droopy and wrinkled in all the right places.
