To the cretin turning left into the Tigard courthouse and almost ran over a pedestrian, and shouted “I didn’t see you!” when the pedestrian rightly gave ’em the finger:
There is stupid, and then there is — too stupid to KNOW you’re stupid. If both of your brain cells lack the sense to know you are responsible for “see and avoid”, and lack even the sense to have embarrassment and deep shame over being that stupid, then you are a waste of life energy and resources and are beyond help.
