Never has a phrase been so thoroughly pounded into the ground that “Keep Calm and Carry On”. It had like maybe a year of freshness to it, but now it’s so fucking played out it’s not even funny. Of course, you get the fucking zombie sheep who put the sticker on their car, but you also see that phrase (and different “funny” variations) all over the place. If this phrase would have been discovered before the internet was mainstream, then it would have taken longer to burn out, maybe even decades longer. But with the internet, its star burnt out fairly quickly; damn thing was over-hyped and over-sold. Can we just bury it in some warehouse again and pretend that we never found it? I’m so sick and tired of seeing it all over the place… and I hate the people who think it’s some kind of poetic symbol of whatever. It’s dumb and you’re all dumb for liking it.

  2. Your rant is important to you. I have a hard time with people so calm they seem catatonic. I know one should be in control of rage and all that, but I always wonder if they have low energy, or it is a game they are playing.
