Submitted to PBOT in their Parking Survey. Someone should determine how much parking fines revenues have increased in the last two years as a result of parking kiosks being installed in the M-Class neighborhoods of Slabtown and NW Neighborhood Districts!
Your meter maids are predatorily. They do not stop anyone from On-Street Parking and often target specific vehicles they have previously ticketed on a daily basis. All this is doing is filling the Parking Bureau with Revenue while having little to no effect on parking spaces. Additionally, they have recently targeted areas where development of multiuse buildings has been taking place knowing that the developer has removed a number of on street parking stalls: making it even easier to prey on those targeted vehicles. The entire process stinks of extortion by a public entity.

All I get from this post is that IA got another ticket for parking in the same illegal fashion they had before and they refuse to accept responsibility. Oh Portland, never change.
