Dear Officers Douchebag and Numnuts,
Stop harrassing my husband for drinking a beer. You stalk him and threaten to take his dog while tweekers, crackheads, and junkies run rampant. When someone threatens to kill my dog, you say “oh he’s mentally disabled so we can’t mess with him” when in reality he is on meth. You tell me it’s perfectly legal to have methamphetamines in your system but if you even catch a whiff of alcohol on my breath you will take me to jail. You smash my husband’s weed pipe when he has seizures and NEEDS weed but can’t afford his medical card. Fuck you!!! We need our beers and weed to deal with all the drug addicts you turn a blind eye to. You can buy those things in a store legally. STOP HARRASSING US! Instead of “protecting and serving” citizens you are “scaring and intimidating” us. Stop being blatantly disrespectful of our rights and maybe we will respect your laws. Make laws that make sense and we will follow them. Show us you care about the community and be a good example. And leave us alone! We voted for the right to consume marijuana. Just because someone is homeless should not mean they do not have any rights.

  1. Wow, it seems like I’m reading more and more IA posts by homeless people. Where do you guys find internet access? It seems a little odd that a homeless person is on IA venting… but please vent on. I get a kick out of reading these comments. Sorry you’re homeless by the way, hope you’re trying to find work and a place to live… not just smoking and drinking. Have you thought about moving? You know there are beautiful places all over this country that are much more affordable. I mean, this is a city on the West Coast and it’s just going to get more expensive as the population grows. It’s ok to cut ties with a city you once loved. I did when I got priced out… yet I found a job that pays my mortgage so I’m probably not the best person to give advice. Maybe ask your homeless neighbor what to do?

  2. I/anonie, a lot of what you say is right. Being homeless with your dog being threatened would send me over the edge too. I hope you and your dog stay safe. I would say maybe not drink beer and smoke pot on side walks. You are setting yourself up to get the attention you don’t want.

  3. “Stop being blatantly disrespectful of our rights and maybe we will respect your laws. “

“Maybe we will respect your laws.”

Nah, you just want to sit on your lazy ass with your dog and get high in public. You are reaping what you sow.
    Start blaming your behavior.

  4. Now that grass is legal, the pigs get no kickbacks from it. The politicians still do, sure, but not the goons on the street. They want people to do meth, because it pads their pockets, as if they aren’t already over paid by tax payers already. Oinkedy, oink, oink, oink.

  5. When they started this white (with wigs no less) Republican (Federalist), Protestant (Puritan), slave owning (smothered in bigotry – to this day), Native murdering, woman hating Republic, I doubt if they were wondering how to protect or enhance living conditions for folks in your spot. Whew! So I’d behave myself around the law if I we’re you. Be careful out there.
