I was going to be all, “Hmm, my my, wouldn’t you know it appears HBO still doesn’t seem to be marketing this to anyone who hasn’t already read the books upon which it is based,” but then, at about 35 seconds in, that “Epic Trailer Music” started, and then, at at about 1:22, Ol’ Beardy Baratheon started ranting about “FEEEEEAR AN’ BLUUUUD” and then, at 1:51, there were boobs, and that’s when I decided screw you guys who actually have lives and can’t be bothered to read all 45,032 pages of these books, I don’t care what you guys think, I just want to watch Game of Thrones right this goddamn second.

Wowser. Want. When?
Seriously, when? And will I be able to just watch the show without having HBO somehow? I’ll pay.
It starts on April 17.
As for how to watch it if you don’t have HBO, well… you might have to get creative. For reasons that make absolutely no sense to anyone under the age of 60, HBO’s not exactly helpful when it comes to offering new content online.
