Fans of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and movie buffs should recognize the name Manos. The 1966 film Manos: The Hands of Fate is widely considered to be the worst movie ever made and became famous when MST3K showcased it one of their episodes.
If you hadn’t heard, supposedly a sequel featuring several of the original cast members is being made in El Paso, Texas, where the original was filmed. The sequel, Manos: The Search for Valley Lodge, is being helmed by Robert “Torgo” Munch, Sr.
Everything about it seems just as horrible as the original, though somewhat self-aware, I think.
For more information, sort of, you can check out Munch’s website, or just watch this weird trailer that he released. The man is eccentric at best.
And, no, this isn’t a joke, as far as I can tell. Munch seems… devoted to this film.

GOOD OLD TORGO! Hey, it’s gotta be better than “The Beaver.”
BTW, did anyone ever film the rumored parody, “Mangos: the Cans of Fruit”?
Why would Robert “Torgo” Munch, Sr. want to go there again? He must be some kind of satyr-masochist.
All I know is that he must be quite an embarrassment to his son, Robert “Torgo” Munch, Jr.
