We announced that Laura Gibson has a new record on the way called La Grande, and that it was coming out early next year on Barsuk (Jealous Butcher will release the vinyl edition). We’ve got a few more details for you this morning: It will be released on January 24, and Gibson produced it herself, both at home and at Type Foundry Studios. Guest include Joey Burns of Calexico, Meric Long and Logan Kroeber of the Dodos, and Jenny Conlee and Nate Query of the Decemberists—plus Jilly Coykendall on clarinet and drummers Rachel Blumberg and Matt Berger.
