  • This is a photo from last year’s Pix Patisserie Bastille Day. This is also a photo of what pure fun looks like.

Every year Pix Patisserie puts on a raging Bastille Day block party right outside their North Portland location—and yet they totally ignore the Lundi de Pentecôte holiday—and this year is no exception. The 2011 Bastille Day event will run all day long on Saturday, July 16th and in addition to an entire day full of family-friendly events (scavenger hunts, something called “Macaron Madness,” races and more) there is music. Lots of really great music. Lots of really great music for free.

Here’s the lineup:
9:30pm – Deelay Ceelay
8:30pm – Cool Nutz and DJ Fatboy
7:30pm – Guidance Counselor
6:30pm – Cloudy October
5:30pm – Pigeons
4:30pm – Yeah Great Fine
3pm – Sam Humans and the Light

  1. Wow, we apparently left early last year. Whatevs, it took forever to get drinks, even with 5th Quad serving as well.
