There are little rip-tags at the bottom with an email address (headlock@grandcooley.com) and the phone number. No website or anything. But we found out a little more about this mysterious enterprise:

Here’s a tune from Headlock on Bandcamp. And here’s the Grand Cooley website, which contains a bevy of information, although not necessarily in a straightforward format. From it, I’ve gleaned that Headlocks perform this Saturday, July 16 at Agenda, 2366 SE 82nd.

  1. By first impression of that track was I felt happy they changed things up so much, because it helped me make my way through it while cringing at some of their mc’ing skills. I’m sure Headlock is best live, when they’re jumping around so much it doesn’t matter what they say when it’s all a bunch of high-energy shout-prosin’.
