The City started the program, facilitated by Judith Mowry from the Office of Neighborhood Involvement, so that citizens could air their feelings without the pressure of a controversial incident hanging over their heads. Unfortunately tonight’s meeting at 6:30, at the AME Zion Church on Skidmore and Vancouver, comes following a hugely controversial police shooting. It’ll be interesting to see what happens.
