Barton’s also not legally correct – there is nothing against the law about voluntarily establishing a relief fund, even if it is under huge political/public pressure. No one forced them to do it, they just quickly grasped that it was in their best interest to do so.

Thank you Joe Barton, for standing up for due-process for a multinational company who unquestionably devastated a large region of our country.
