We’ve got an official number from the police: There were 51 arrests at Occupy Portland on Sunday as Portland Police pushed the protests from the park and fenced them in. Average age of people arrested is 28, with the oldest being 81-year-old and the youngest age 16.

  1. Well, I wonder how all those donations to fix the parks are stacking up, after such assurances by occupy that they will repair the damages they did?

  2. Reymont, how’s that voting thing working out? Has it ended Wall Street bailouts, or prevented the housing bubble crisis?

    I’m also curious why you think this looks like a riot? It looks to me like it felt on the street that morning: joyful people dancing, and doing no harm.
