It’s interesting that they would feel the need to spray people sitting down, and to show off the spray can before doing so seems especially arrogant. Why not just arrest them, no one seemed to be resisting? Why do they have to be blinded first? Excessive force, indeed.
With a good lawyer those kids just joined the 1%.
